What are the delivery options and when can I receive my order(s)?

Once your parcel reaches your selected POPStation, collect it within 3 days.

  1. Select POPStation at checkout and enter your postal code
  2. Your 5 nearest POPStations will be available for selection
  3. You’ll receive an SMS and email update once the parcel’s ready for collection
  4. Collect your parcel within 3 days from its arrival at the POPStation

Are there any restricted zones in Singapore that you do not deliver to?

Yes. We have places that we do not deliver to especially army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore. As we gotta make sure that your package lands in the rightful hands! – plus all delivery requires a signature upon receipt. Thus, we also don’t advise to be delivered to your PO boxes as well. 

What happens if I missed my delivery?

Standard & Express delivery options:
After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us.

Pick-up via POPStation:
Once your parcel’s ready for collection, head on down to your selected kiosk within the next 3 days! All uncollected orders will be returned to Kavoo in 7 business days. 

*Parcels that cannot be delivered after several attempts or remain uncollected at the pick-up point location, will be considered as returns and will be refunded only in the form of store credit.

How do I change my delivery information after I have received my confirmation order?

We know that sometimes mistakes happen, and that’s why we’re here to help. Drop us a message right away, and we’ll do everything we can to rectify the situation. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll go above and beyond to make things right for you.

While we strive to make any necessary address amendments as quickly as possible, we want to be transparent and let you know that shipping delays may occur. However, rest assured that we’ll always put in our best efforts to minimize any potential delays.
